BUSINESS STRUCTURE
 
The Europart Group UK consists of two Companies:
 
H.T.Maddocks & Son Ltd (founded 1955, incorporated 1957) ~ specialised in the supply of spare parts for electric domestic appliances. Ashcroft (formerly Ashcroft Agencies Ltd, founded 1970, incorporated 1987) ~ specialised in the supply of commercial and industrial vacuum cleaning equipment, parts and accessories.
