Europart-Maddocks’ ‘Special Order’ and ‘Part Enquiry’ forms are now available to all our customers, 24/7, online.
The move is designed to make it easier than ever to contact us with your enquiries whenever you wish. Both forms are contained within the ‘Trade Site’ section of our website.
Both of the forms are available in two formats.
- A .pdf file that opens in Acrobat Reader. This version is for you to use if you want to print out the form and then, after filling it in, FAX or POST it back to us.
- A .doc file to opens up in Microsoft Word. This version is for you to use if you want to fill the form in on your computer and then EMAIL it back to us as an attachment.
(Should you not have Acrobat Reader you can, of course, print of a copy of the Word document.)
