full description : Carbon Brush Seater and Commutator Cleaner pack quantity : 1 fitting : Universal other information INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Seating Brushes - with machine running, press down hard on brush with an insulated tool and apply stone at the leading edge of the brush for several seconds, allowing stone material to pass under the brush until the brush is fully seated Cleaning Commutator - with the machine running, hold stone lightly against the commutator moving the stone slowly back and forth across the commutator face until "excess" film has been removed. SIZE: 1/2" x 1/4" x 5" / 13mm x 7mm x 130mm IMPORTANT: for best results, remove any oil and grease from the commutator before applying the brush seater.

Composition
Silicone grease contains an inert amorphous silica filler in combination with selected polydimethyl silicone fluids.
Features
Silicone grease stays grease-like from -70 to 400°F (-57 to 204°C).
It is practically non-volatile and odourless, moisture resistant and electrically insulating.
Excellent rubber lubricating, release and sealing properties.
Non toxic and non melting, showing little tendency to dry out in service.
Resistant to a wide range of chemicals, generally resistant to mineral oils, vegetable oils, air, dilute acids, alkalines and most aqueous solutions.
Approved for use with potable drinking water.
Military approved - NATO stock code XG250.
Uses
Moisture proofing grease for aircraft, automotive, marine ignition systems and spark plug connections. Waterproofing electrical connections, assemblies and terminals. Sealant and lubricant for cable connectors, battery terminals, rubber door seals and rubber and plastic O-rings. Assembly aid silicone grease and lubricant for metal-on-plastic and metal-on-rubber.

full description : Silicone High Temperature Resistant Sealant (310ml) pack quantity : 1 fitting : Universal other information Oven glass adhesive - "Pactan 6076" - special adhesive for cementing oven glass doors. A cartridge applied silicone-based sealant designed for use where a flexible bond is required together with high temperature resistance. It gives excellent adhesion between most substances and, because of its high elasticity, is particularly suited for gap-filing applications and jointing materials of different thermal expansion characteristics where vibration is a problem. * Excellent adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, polymers etc * Gap filling and resistant to many solvents * Provides a high temperature flexible joint for flues and ducting etc. * Resistant to weathering and ageing and can be used externally * Electrical insulator * Wide operating temperature range up to 300 degrees * Coverage: 15 metres * Shelf life: 12 months Instructions for replacing an oven door glass 1. If possible remove the oven door and place on a flat surface so that the surfaces to be bonded are horizontal. 2. Remove any previous bonding or sealing material 3. Thoroughly clean all surfaces to be bonded using a good oven cleaner followed by a strong detergent such as "Flash", so that all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free from any residual oils and fats. 4. Apply a 3mm bead of this product to replace the old sealer. 5. Place the second surface in position, press down firmly around the rim of the glass, using hand pressure. 6.
